Features

High precision, oil level measurement with a resolution of 0.2mm, level measurement accuracy 3MM, temperature correction for the sensor between -40 C to 80 C to guarantee high measurement accuracy in cold and hot weather.
Good stability for long-term, non-contact ultrasonic measurement, different from commonly direct contact measurements, such as float type, pressure type and magnetic sliding type, can avoid the sensor erosion and pollution from oil.
Easy to install and maintain, just install it beneath the outside of the tank, without changing the original oil tank measurement system. No need to change the tank itself, can ensure the normal operation of the original fuel gauge.

Oil Sensor-Schematic Diagram

A group of mechanical waves from ultrasonic probe penetrate oil tank metal into liquid and reflect another group of waves to measure liquid height. The oil capacity is calculated by measurement.
